Light Up Downtown with Your Own Giant Christmas Card!

Check this out! Each year, our downtown revitalization non-profit hosts two fantastic Christmas events that bring our community together: the dazzling holiday lighting celebration and the festive Kinston Christmas Parade.

This year, our lighting event is set to shine brighter than ever! This year we are introducing a stunning collection of lighted installations featured along a walkway in Pearson Park, right in the heart of downtown Kinston. From November 22 to December 31, our park will be shining for six magical weeks, with as many as 5,000 visitors (according to our geofencing data) eager to experience the holiday spirit in Pearson Park.

But wait, we have something special lined up this year! We’re reinventing the opportunity to make it easier for our area businesses to participate. Say hello to our roughly 6-feet-tall by 3-feet wide Christmas Cards! Each card will proudly display your business logo and a QR code, if you like, all framed in Christmas lights. All you need to do is provide us with your logo on a transparent background (and your QR code), and we’ll take care of the rest! That’s right, we take care of all of it for you.

For a donation of $300, you can enjoy six weeks of round-the-clock advertising as well as social media exposure! All proceeds support the redesign of our beloved All American City parklet downtown. Since we’re a registered 501c3, your participation is not only a wonderful way to promote your business but also tax-deductible or deductible as a business advertising expense!
